The DIVENTA Human Resources module enables both the entry of the necessary data for better and simpler human resource management (and then the calculation of salaries) and support for business processes of human resources management that can support the specifics of different companies.

Important features of this module are support for working on multiple companies with flexible definition of organizational structure, records of persons (permanent and occasional employees, retirees, part-time employees, potential employees, students, interns, family members) with the ability to define, search and analyze large data sets on employees, such as personal data (OIB and JMBG, name, surname, birth, citizenship, residence), addresses and their purpose (home address, temporary address, address during vacation), various contact mechanisms , faxes, e-mail addresses), personal documents, completed schools, qualifications, titles, monitoring of education, progress, awards.

    Also, the module enables the entry of scanned documents, images and CVs, printing applications and deregistration for pension and health insurance, tracking the history of changes in data on each employee, and various reviews by organizational units, jobs, profession, education, etc. The module automatically generates a series of legally prescribed forms, manages annual vacations: criteria for calculating annual leave, recording planned annual leave and use of annual leave, creating templates for decisions on the duration and period of use of annual leave.

    DIVENTA human resources, integration with other DIVENTA contents such as the Basic module (company organizational structure, partners, accounts, ...) and the module Labor costs (calculation of salaries, fees, severance pay, employment contracts, royalties, supervisory board, scholarships and practice) ensures one-time data entry and their automatic exchange, all of which results in simplicity and ease of its application and user work. The subject module is integrated with several automatic systems for recording working hours, with the aim of controlling working hours (night work, work on holidays, work on Sundays, double work, shift work, redistribution ......) as well as management of redistribution hours annually.
